Boasting the driest snow in all of the Northwest, Mt. Bachelor provides a consistent annual snowfall of 370 inches, over 3,680 acres of skiing and snowboarding terrain, a vertical drop of 3,365 feet, and 71 runs --the longest run is 1.5 miles. From beginners to experts, Mt. Bachelor offers terrain for all skill levels.

With three parks and two pipes, including an olympic sized super pipe, the parks at Mt. Bachelor are second to none. The Mt. Bachelor ProStyle Team carefully plan and groom all parks and pipes for the optimal riding experience. In need of some technical, deep powder riding? The Northwest chair offers access to untouched freshies either by sticking to the main runs or taking some turns through the trees with plenty of hits along the side of the runs.
Cross country skiing is always a fantastic way to get outdoors for some exercise while being able to take in the sights along the way. Mt. Bachelor offers over twelve machine-groomed and tracked trails ranging from one to twelve kilometers.
Getting to the Mountain.

Another shuttle to Mt. Bachelor is provided from the Sunriver Resort for those who do not want to bother with the drive. The cost is $15 round trip and pick up is at the front of the Sunriver Resort Lodge. You may purchase your shuttle ride at the Lodge. If you prefer to drive, it's only a short 20 minute drive up to the ski resort (weather depending). And, the roads are consistently plowed as a service to the guests of Sunriver.
If downhill skiing or boarding isn’t for you, Mt. Bachelor provides a variety of other activities ranging from tranquil to exhilarating. Some of the non-skiing adventures include tubing, sled dog rides, snowshoeing and free 90-minute interpretive tours led by a US Forest Service Naturalist.
